Throughout the year we spend most of our time in our vineyards. There we care for our vines with a lot of dedication and passion in laborious manual work.
This creates a connection to our vines and thus we can coordinate and adapt the work individually, because the optimal time and the right amount of processing play an important role for us.

When harvesting grapes, we rely on the selective hand-picking of the grapes.
This is the only way to ensure that only the best grapes are picked and responded and selected very individually.

We strive to reduce the mechanical stress on the grapes to a minimum and process our grapes as gently as possible.
The physiological ripeness and the optimal harvest time of the grapes are crucial.
Accompany wine
Every vintage is different and produces wines with their own character.
We want to adopt this character and not change it, so we do not compensate for vintage differences through our work in the cellar, but let our wines taste as they have shaped the year.
We want to produce honest, authentic wines.
Wines that convey their origins and
